We exam children of all ages with special emphasis on binocular vision. All children should have a comprehensive eye examination prior to age 3-4, and then again before first grade. Critical vision development occurs before the age of seven, therefore lazy eye, strabismus, amblyopia and other vision disorders should be diagnosed and treated at a young age before it impacts a childs learning.
